Perth Garden Rescue (Valhalla Group Pty Ltd, ABN 26 664 899 852) operates this website and the EasyScapes intake chat. This page describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

When you use the intake chat on this site, we collect:

• Information you tell us — your name, phone number, email, and details about the property where you'd like landscaping work (suburb, type, timeline, access).
• The conversation transcript, stored against your enquiry so our Service Manager has context before your appraisal.
• Standard analytics from your visit — page views, device type, the source you arrived from (e.g. a Google ad), and how you engaged with the chat. We use Google Analytics 4 for this.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, book your free site appraisal, and complete any work you engage us for.
• To improve our service — measure which information was useful, where customers have questions we don't answer well, and where to invest in our offering.
• To attribute paid traffic — if you arrived from a Google ad, we report the conversion back to Google Ads so we can measure which campaigns work.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your information to third parties.
• We don't share your contact details with anyone outside Perth Garden Rescue and our subcontracted crew or Service Manager assigned to your job.
• We don't run third-party retargeting or display ads against your data.

How we store it

Customer records are stored in our CRM (Zoho), accounting system (Xero), and our internal operations hub. Access is limited to staff and contractors who need it to do the work. We retain records for as long as we have a business or legal reason to (typically the duration of the work plus a tax-compliance period).

Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics cookies for the purposes above. You can decline these in your browser settings, or use private/incognito mode. The intake chat itself uses a small browser session token to remember your conversation while you're on the page — it's cleared when you close the tab.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what we hold about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your record (where we don't have a legal reason to keep it)
